Pavement Orders
*Pavement Tiles now remember their priority against each other so that they should no longer swap the order in which they draw against each other.
I pulled up what little i had last night. It was just plain ugly.

You should appreciate that their speed was set on mining but the variable for their speed in the chip function was not initialized and not set at the point of chipping. So you tell me how much % you were getting per chip
