Okay guys, enough posts on the subject. I never intended to derail this into a discussion of Nsuidara's forum attitude or misunderstandings of English words.

And when was the last time anyone logged in with a secure https connection? It seemed to me that things changed sometime around the beginning of the year, but I can't recall exactly.

Were you not just claiming you could still edit your post while NOT logged in? You are logged in. I guess it should have been obvious to you, but I have to answer questions like this a lot so I never assume.

Obviously my session is still active on some part of the server despite not having manually logged in for weeks ( :roll:

Likewise whatever part of your server code that serves the webpage clearly was not aware of that, or it wouldn't serve me pages in an unauthenticated state. So yes, I was some form of "logged-in". I wasn't looking for an explanation, I was making fun of bad net-code.

Unfortunately, a new forum is pretty much the lowest priority on Salem upgrades. As far as I know, this isn't actually a security issue of any kind.
