We'd like to know what is large ammount and which piece of meat os old, it would be also nice if we could:
- smoke fish
- dry food
- got some receipes with smoked and dried meat
- recognize the meat age

Im totally into balanced diet ;)

I'm not a fan of this planned update.. I currently level my biles by eating deviled beavers, and I currently use frekadels for work food. Both are made of game Meat and so both will now spoil. I glutton only once every few weeks, and store my deviled beavers until I'm ready to do so. I will often hunt for meat only once every two weeks or when my frekadels supply gets low. I don't enjoy leveling biles and prefer to spend my time mining, and farming.

With this change, I will have to devote a block of time each day for hunting instead of doing it once every few weeks. Also, Now both hunting animals, and cooking the meat, and gluttony will have to be done on the same day, meaning I have to devote an entire day to do gluttony.

Unless I missed it, the spoil rate of meat wasn't defined yet. It might not be only a few hours, it might be a real-world week. Unless I just missed it?

No, we haven't said anything about how long it will take meat to spoil from fresh, only that when the change occurs, existing meat may spoil. Because who knows how old some of your food is? Right now there might be a roasted rabbit cut made on day one of the server out there somewhere. You never know.

I do laugh though when people just constantly take our warnings, assume the worst, and then complain like it's fact.

Definitely need these kind of cellars when the meat starts to spoil!
