Can we have the patch without the spoiling enabled first so that we could preserve our existing stocks, followed by a minipatch a couple days later to actually enable spoiling?

no
the more i read this patch warning threads, teh more I figure that there would be less complaining if they didn't exist at all.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

I was not complaining - I don't have lots of meat that would rot. I'm just proposing a solution which would simply make these warning threads unnecessary.

I am not really concerned and never was. As one thing changes in the game more things are added that make up for the difference. At this point we just have to wait till we see what is new and cool as well as things that seem rotten.

Remember the belt changes people had belts made just for the tasks they were performing. Now we have more versatile artifacts and we get to wear our tool belts everywhere. No more mixing up tools and screwing around with stuff just to put a gluttony belt on. We also got gadget belts that now store the things we did not want to drop randomly like pocket watches. This means you can make raider/PVP cloth set without pockets to save your little pocket watch if you KOed or have pockets freed up so that you can carry off awesome loot without having to choose between the gadgets you want to keep and the loot you may be trying to slip off with or just be sure you do not lose.

Always Nsuidara, Always. In the end, all things rot or break down in some way. Stones to dust, steel to rust, bones to meal, flesh to filth.

Will inspirations gained from gore also decay? Like Brains and Sinew, etc?
