Anyone have an idea what "The direction of banished Cain" is?

Im assuming Cain is the same Cain from 'The Story of Cain & Abel' but the skill references no direction.

Im missing a piece of the clue! and i luvs me some riddles.

Im also going to assume the New Moon is a season change? Seeing as we cant actually see the moon and when its in the New Moon phase.

New Moon is moon phase. Maybe somehow connected to real life moon phases

According to that, the next New Moon is on July 16. 3 days from now.

So, put them all together.

The next clue will be East of Popham on July 16.
