Salem, all of it, is a scary, unsettling, untamed, wilderness full of unnatural creatures, strange magic, and death.

Tearing down goes against the human spirit. We rationalize anything we tear down for progress because we are going to improve the location. Sounds like reasonable logic to me.

JohnCarver wrote:"Remember, you only lose your sanity when you stay online doing NOTHING or stay online doing insane things."

First post in this thread.

You are confused. Staying online doing 'nothing' refers to doing nothing to lower your insanity. Doing things in general, like walking around, mining, building, eating, all these things are null activities that do not add or take away from insanity. Just being online though, adds over time.

Then why didn't JohnCarver say "without dealing with your sanity"? The way I [strikethrough]read[/strikethrough] had read it, this just [strikethrough]affects[/strikethrough] affected afk time.

// Edited tense. Meant it to be past tense. //

A comment, much late, on Insanity.

Removal or alteration of this mechanic would make me sad... It's awesome, I love the voices, the itchy pants, all of it. It's fantastic and I can't be happier that it's involved in the game and implemented the way it is. Viva La Loco!

Yeah! Itchy Britches are great, easy, zero-cost sources of rags!
