Changes to Mining
All mines are considered ‘neutral’ territory and the tiles inside them cannot be owned.

Does it mean everything placed inside a "entrance-claimed" mine will decay now ?

i think it means when you claim the entry you only claim the entry not the mine and when someone enters he can rob the crap out of it.

No. There is no decay in mines.

It means you can go inside peoples mines and steal anything you wish, totally scent free.

You see all them mine storage facilitys you guys own ? better not dig too deep in them.

I have one question with mining JC:

Does purity increase with depth level or just youre prof + distance from ladder? so on each level you drop down / enter you start from 0 purity again at the new entrance? Or is the distance always calculated from the level 1 ladder/ main entrance ?

Each level will start at 0% purity again. But it will 'cap out' higher.
