Yeah, read what people said, Argentis was asking if europeans should go to bed NOW and that's what is weird. People getting to bed before midnight are just creepy, they always are. People getting to bed at 8-9pm are possibly a threat to humanity. Unless it is one time thing caused by a very long day, but the original question implied this is supposed to be common.

I think he was saying,

"should i go to bed now" because he will be able to get 3-4hours sleep before the patch hits, thus increasing his binge ingame.
