*Challenge Authority should also work against a town provided that it is within '1' tile of that town's claim. Players with walls, mazes, perimeter fences, and other general shenanigans should once again be more vulnerable to its effects.

You don't have to trespass on a town, though people can still pclaim outside their town so you would have to trespass, but that would cost a lot of money.

Assuming no major issues the patch should be dropped in less than 24 hours.
