Players who died during the last 30 hours will indeed be alive again. Probably what bugs me the most given that anybody out there rangering successfully (which happened on multiple occasions) is being robbed of their kills.

Restart should be less than 2 hours as current estimate.

yes you will need to relearn Harvest Hexing.
