This sounds like the most brutal change to the game. With the skill and a mere scent, the criminal is screwed. In some ways, I like the idea a lot. However, I would like to see a skill allowing someone to use their offhand with some weapons, namely clubs and swords. Completely destroying their ability to use almost all weapons seems a bit much. I also foresee some nasty combos here. Using 1 evidence to Eye them, then summoning them to the TbC. Just nasty...

You now can get diseased after cuddling-up into the blanket. You get more diseased after time. Also you cough. Also you get small blood damage over time. Coughing is like a stun. EEEeewww, you also puke. You also sneeze without a sound.
