Thanksgiving, while often misguided, tries to celebrate one of the rare times when this wasn't the case.

Anyway...

I had such a hard time deciding what to get when I saw the prices, the brick wall god called hard for me to buy mortar or lard, but the iron lord spoke and said if I have braziers I don't need a wall, or at least can take a little longer to build it. Got 4 glass panes, a town charter, a musket, 3 or 4 musket balls, 3 decorative lace, 2 pclaims, and like 30 or so iron. It was a beautiful thing. Thanks John

At its core, thanksgiving is a celebration of when the Indians helped the pilgrims not die in the snow. Shortly before the pilgrims smallpox'd them all the way to Oklahoma.

Although nowdays its a day to cook a disgusting amount of food and hang out with relatives we don't even like.

Plus.... Turkey is ***** delicious

I think Thanksgiving should be about celebrating a day I can log in and all my checkers pieces are not in some magical land or littered around town.

FFS people! Who turned the checkers board into a graveyard?
