Its possible you were not very active in the last week.

Gifts at the postmaster are given out based on how active accounts are in the week prior to them being handed out.

Everyone should remember to log on to each of their alt accounts at least once a week. And if you really want to exploit it set up a logging script to cycle through your huge list of alt accounts.
