I would consider it a hybrid. We never want to focus an entire month on only ONE area of gameplay. We understand that there are different reasons that players are here and enjoying Salem and will always make an effort to advance a little bit in every direction so that each player might have a few things in the patch they can find new and fun. That being said, I still consider the combat changes to be the single largest change in this upcoming patch. However, the general "tempo" of the game has been drastically changed as well which one could argue is a bigger change than all of it. Move speeds, and the speeds in which most things happen have been adjusted as we try to strike a healthier balance between a crafting simulator and a walking simulator.

If you are talking about the NPC's in town they have simply moved farther down the road.

If you have not built in the materials then that will be the case. It is not our intention to have players storing hundreds of stones in windmills nor thousands of boards in plank fence cornerposts. If you are legitimately building something, then you should build the materials into the post. If you are using the post as some gimmick to not have to make boxes. Now would be the week to make boxes and eliminate that bad habbit.

Somewhere around 10% of your total unbuilt materials for each hour you insist on not building them.

Will we get some specialised containers in return? Like the proposed some time ago board stacks, stone piles, etc?

Do you intend to release a better storage option along with this?

Given the mill 400 stone requirement, for example, it'd be more challenging to have enough boxes to deal with it than to actually gather the materials.
