no you stupid ***** that is not what i said, i said i buy them from newbs when you insisted newbs cant get them. i have bought over 20 from one guy (the same one that used to sell me rabbits when i needed those, derrrrrrrp) watches are acquired from rabbits every 150 or so kills by the ratio i have seen. you are a ***** idiot and i grow tired of reading your fabricated tripe on the forum.

also i have not killed a "newb" that did not first leave a scent or provide some other reason in months, just shut the ***** up.

Sadly in my whole time playing salem i have NEVER got a pocket watch from rabbits and have EASILY killed 1000+ in my time.

New logout and teleport timers are annoying. They just add more grind.

Hmmm, a 10/20 minute cooldown timer, or a 40 second timer...

So this is my experience with the patch so far:

I've gotten two madness levels now from grinding the same tasks for way too long, which would make anyone go insane I suppose. xD But I digress, I don't like spamming unnecessary inspirationals, even if it's cheap ones like meat shreds (they get expensive eventually anyway if you spam enough of them), so my solution have become to instead use the timers in the custom client to time how long I'm able to grind non-calming tasks before I have to consider dealing with my sanity - which may mean a proper round of leveling up proficiencies (which is something that is useful for everyone) among other, or stocking back up on fireplace based recovery items. There's easily room for 2 hours grind/afk sessions with time to spare without gaining a madness level, making this mostly an inconvenience for us that spend too much time on the game to begin with; people that play less frequently will find that they aren't affected much at all under ordinary circumstances as long as they make sure to log out using a bed.

Long story short, love this patch as it adds a new layer of challenge. The voices creep me out for sure though, but only psychotic episode I've experienced so far though is the precious and I dunno if I should be disappointed about that. Though I have to say his majesty need to check up on his suppliers because that was some cheap quality tobacco, burned 2k silver on it with no result. :P (unfortunately the player stalls was out of stock on tobacco at the time).

Not more grind, but more dead time for sure. xD I'm ok with the logout timer, but agree it's somewhat annoying with the teleport one and wish they found a different way of accomplishing the desired result - I did prefer the 10/20 min timer.

Still, like the insanity they are probably unlikely to change it before we've at least tried it out properly. I'm sure they are monitoring the situation and will see if it works out for the general population or not without us making a huge fuss about it. Maybe down the road we'll be getting wagon transport systems or something too that can bring us instantly between places, similar to how we got beds for the logout timer now, who knows.

This is great. You can completely deny a player to TP.

Casting timer versus hard 10/20 timer? I'll take the cast anyday. THANKS JC

I have already pushed a lot of people in the midst of teleport. It is fun. And if someone does it to me what goes around comes around lol.

I think its a good mechanic personally in a game where control over others is standard feature this allows people to make sure their enemies cannot leave town.

I know I like the idea of giving my last attacker some grief.
