As the devs of the custom clients usually not share JCs unbound desire to troll the players, maybe they can put in an option to chose for each of these containers!

I think I am -in general- a pretty good guy on this part (as is Ender): if you send me a request that
a) several other players have sent me previously
and/or
b) I'd like to see myself
it will generally get done (granted that it is possible in the first place).
However I also often get "requests" from people that think everyone agrees with them while this isn't the case, or requests with which I see immediate issues. Those don't get done for obvious reasons.
Asides from the fact that your request is not something for custom clients (as that logic happens server side), I also don't believe that most people would prefer the old system.

It's not because something is new that it is bad and/or not thought out.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

A dev of the custom client just thought it was better this way.

I find it VERY difficult to believe that the majority of players actually enjoyed NOT being able to put back their heavy bricks once they pulled too many out. An extra click is far from the latest bit of drama you are trying to make it out to be when it saves you from having to build boxes near your kiln when you pull out too many. I think the bigger problem here is that players over 100 YBILE may take for granted that pulling out even 5 bricks 'too many' when you are at lower biles will snare you and make it very frustrating. Simply putting them back in seemed like a logical choice.

If more people want to chime in I have no problem taking away this nice thing. As I thought it was overly lenient in the first place but only buckled to it due to overwhelming demand.

What I will not tolerate is another post from Taipion pretending the sky is falling or that such minor changes are an "Ultimate level of stupidity".

Learn to post in a respectful manner in my announcement thread, or you will simply be gone.

I dd not know there was such an overwhelming demand for it, yet I can not imagine why someone would not have boxes (or chests, or...) near their kilns either...
If you honestly say that it is for the better of newer players, then i apologize for being rude.
...though threatening me is not nice either. ;)

I just noticed you were changing this on one item after another, already expecting meatsmokers and dryingframes next...

May I ask in this regard, why it is possible to lay back dehydrated things back into the destiller?

I already requested this in your thread before I read your post here! :-)

Ofc I can't know if "my ideas" are widely supported by other players, but regarding the "we love to scroll-move our stuff" I'd say I have seen quite a few people here mourning the loss of this functionality.

The other thing I requested in my post in your thread I already requested by sending you a pm some time ago, if this is not the appropriate way, or if the request was stupid, then please just tell me.

Taipion I honestly think the reason why people are reacting badly against your ideas even though they can explain it nicely to you is because of your tone. I was nervous to be on your side earlier remember? Flat out, it is because you mocked the devs in such a way that I feel uncomfortable with that I just don't want to get involve :( May be you should calm down and be nicer toward them ok? ^^
You thought I quit.

I see Dry Board raiding has been nerfed with this patch.

Are they heavy?
I rarely touch them, not my part of buisness.

Most people probably can't even hold an entire pile, just to give you an idea of its weight.

Yeah. I need a sled now to carry them around. Which is, oddly, realistic.
