Stupid github They kept serving an old version of the client for a couple of minutes even after I updated. It threw me off.

I used the updater but the client doesn't start.

should work fine now ... but the server is down. If you have trouble, delete lsalem.jar from Salem/bin/ and try again. Some other people have issues with this, but it's most likely with caching close to you - works fine for me
