i am not inconvenienced from the turkey if that is what you mean, i just rerolled. annoyed i wasted an hour of my time and an adventurer pack on a character that is now fairly useless for the next 2 days but i have others so **** happens.

the patch itself however is a different story, it does not take much for any salem vet to see this has basically just made the game FAR more of a mindless grind if you ever intend to graduate beyond worthless newb status. which was the exact opposite of what was supposed to happen.

it is also pure retardation when it comes to having a populated server, now people will log on once every few days for an hour or two to burn their "inspiration" and that will be that.

after the dust settles and people realize what happened i believe this patch will do more to drive off players than the purity nerf did.

completely irrelevant, the mechanics of the system itself along with the gluttony system are exactly what i said. an artificial limiter put in to slow character advancement so the retards play for a few months longer before they "get bored" again having exhausted all of the exact same old content they have done before.

just because your grand achievement in the game has been playing in the mud and whining about pictures of your pubescent wisp of chest hair on the forums does not mean that the writing isn't on the wall for the rest of us.

No thanks. :D
I left months ago when **** started to fully hit the fan with Jorb's stubborn-deaf insistence on insanity (dealing with old insanity by introduction of new, more complex variety).
I am here as I was tempted to come and witness the possible, namely, Jorb&comp coming to senses and making the best of their good ideas. Now I dont even have to log to witness this number-obsessed, mind-stuff convoluted torture. I started playing Salem hoping that "devs" learned something from Haven and for a moment it seemed so. Now I am so glad that everything becomes so obvious from this announcement. Ill save so much time without even thinking twice about it. :D Bliss!

You guys who like this and think Jorb knows where he is and where he is going: Good luck and have a great, great time!! :)

Blackbile is the modifier, if you have an issue with it, just stack it to the moon
It's too early to be judging the system.

For all we know it could be a non-issue.
It does seem pretty limiting at first though. Specially when we're all still nabs.

i am not going anywhere if that was the impression given, i will kill retards regardless whether i have 20 stats or 2000. problem is this patch is NOT going to do ANYTHING to help the playerbase, which i thought was the whole ***** point.

best possible thing they could do is just revert the game back to pre april before they ruined everything.
