Um... put less fuel in your stove. If you only want it to cook for 8 hours, only put in 4 or 5 branches.

BubbaMKII wrote:[snip]Just got botany, looked at forrestry and just lol'ed at the profs i needed to even make a damn tree.
When i started playing i thought, wow, no slaying of mobs all day long to gain 0.1% of xp but instead play the game and get progress, this is great.
Now i don't even want to log in anymore and when i do i'm done in like an hour whereas two weeks ago i played all day long.[/snip]

Seriously? I got Forestry and Horticulture, plus 50 Natural Philosophy without any sort of purity or tiered crops. This game is a grind. That's the whole point.

You know how I got my skills up? I trekked along the coastlines for several hours gathering crabs, frogs, lillypad bulbs, seaweed and salt. I made Wee Menageries, Seaweed Masks, Flower Arrangements and Mineral Surveys. Then I used all of those, along with other high inspirationals I had laying around, plus countless chestnuts / smooth stones / wood chips and anything else I could find to keep at 70% efficiency.

Please people, PLEASE! Stop blaming patches for you not being good at the game. Read the wiki. Read the help forum. Ask questions. Learn to play instead of whining on a forum that the patch broke your game. The patch didn't break your game, you just need to learn better.

Implying i don't make a ton of inspirationals, trawl the coastline and spend hours checking stumps.
Implying i didn't read almost the whole frigging wiki.

Oops, just checked and Milkweed Roots and seaweed don't count as any plant, how annoying as I can get both in reasonable purities.

The only way to solve this is a dance-off.

Thank you. My worms are also ignoring any kind of food. They have been in containers for nearly 24h now.

wut wut?
Clear as mud.
The fact people ask a lot of questions and you continue to have to come on here to explain how stuff works proves my point i think.
Coming on here after 24 hours of no worms eating anything, people wondering what the hell is going on, you go "some bug then".
It all looks to me like you really don't care about the players, i could be wrong though.
It's fine if you hate me for all this "whining" btw but i sense a certain attitude towards the players and it pisses me off slightly.
