I serious doubt that the mysterious '3rd person' to help jorb and loftar had anything to do at all with the programming or the game in general. It was probably that dedicated person that was making the art assets and posted a thread on our forums.

Ah ok, i have no idea how programming salem is, but seems like quite a step up from HnH,

i don't see how a reset would be possible with the shop and all. maybe i missed something? can they avoid to return the money invested in items?

They could just give the people who bought stuff back on the new servers.

I mean it's a fresh start so who really cares? Unless there's some way they could track it. I personally only bought the Redcoat pack to support the game. So I really don't care if I get it back or not in the event of a server merge/wipe, but I'm sure some people would be furious about it.

They bought the items knowing that they are not permanent in the game and could be lost at any point.

So any news on whats going on with this game? like new on if its going out of beta? closing? I just started playing and its a really good game I just want to know if I should keep playing or look else where?

It came out of beta awhile ago and it is not closing. =)

To be quite honest I don't think anyone really knows. There is much to rework and change to improve the game and everyone is kicking ideas around for how to do this. No one is going to lie to you that this is a perfect game but, as I'm sure you've noticed, it is unique in many ways and we want its uniqueness to shine rather than be a detriment to it. So I hope it gets as much thought and discussion as it needs before more changes are made. =)
