I have raided 20+ bases this world and only 1 raid was really worth it for me. The base had $100 worth of items but even that does not make up for the other 19.

The goose was in my inventory and would have died if I didn't move it elsewhere. Replacing it in the same coop meant I would be killed by you instantly.

Anyway just keep dodging the main point here: raiding IS profitable.

If you woudn't take it out the coop in the first case, it woudn't be in your inventory.

So, then again those things are unrelated, from my experiences raiding on this server has not been worthwhile yet, now with the rare new items its certainly better, there are more people from my group who hadn't much luck with raids either yet. Claiming that raiding IS worthwhile is hypocrite instead, for people like Meth it might have been worthwhile in the end if you summ up all raids. In most cases its far below the grinding silver/hour rates.

Raiding is certainly not the best thing to get your income from. It might be profitable in some cases, I think that you can compare it with something like betting, some become a millionaire, most end up broke tho.

It would be akin to betting if the house paid out 100,000% Winnings 1% of the time.

Why did I do that? Because YOU were inside my town thanks to a spy and eventually you would have put a waste claim on it, getting the goose anyway. Your point is not valid.

Maybe you should aim for the rich guys (like alloin) instead of some random base, maybe.

Ask Belgear, we weren't going to waste you, so your point is invalid instead.

Maybe, however that still is guessing. First of all I would never raid Alloin, but as I stated at first ''I never raided for the sake of profit'', it might be very profitable afterall if you manage to pull off to raid a ''rich guy''. Not many people have managed to do that this server, from my perspective raiding never been worth all the efforts on this server (profit-wise).

How could I know that? I can't read minds.

Yes, you (and most raiders) raid because it's fun and challenging. Profit is just a consequence that makes you even happier and satisfied.

Go for it. You might become the first guy in Providence to ever achieve such a goal.
