Add a wet-cloths debuff while you are already at it...
[edit:] Going to swim? Bring a towel! ...or a set of exchange cloths... at least in deep winter...

I did put a delay on the re-freeze too. The only reason I could imagine that people would be re-freezing "that" fast is again because this Cold Snap is especially harsh.

Thanks, that helps a lot. You didnt made the game more difficult, you made it retarded and annoying. Make it playable for new characters else you will kill the game.
