Your question is irrelevant for two reasons.
#1: The Dev's have proven they are not willing to do what it takes to achieve their goals. Therefore, defining them is much like asking a small child what planet he would like to visit.
#2: If you were able to wrestle a list of goals, they would simply be a loose feeling or mind-set at that moment in time. Not a commitment they are not willing to break. They have made it very clear that they will not put in the extra effort to make sure their words or statements of the past do not digress to lies.

. More specifically I'm referencing the lengthy conversation a few months back when I discussed you a few systems and projects that would take an estimated 300 days to complete. At that point I made sure to gather several reassurances aside from your typical non-committal responses to ensure that such projects would not be in vain. Perhaps those discussions are now jogged in your memory? Or perhaps you still feel that assertions made in the past have no bearing on actions of the future. Either way.
