People keep saying, "pay to win". I thought pay to win was a term describing when someone pays real life money to win at the game.

As the quickest and "easiest" way to get silver is to spend real life money, and you have to spend silver to get bottles making them the "hardest" part of the recipe, there is an argument that the game has taken a small step down a pay-to-win road.

In other news, I am sure you will all be sad to hear, my crashes have become too frequent to play properly so until I get a new graphics card (I'm guessing it has something to do with that), I won't be playing (much).

Nice to see an update with some long awaited content.

I must agree the term is in itself somewhat misleading.

"Pay to win" is used to describe a situation in a game, where players can gain (non-cosmetical) advantage over other players by paying real life money.
Did Claeyt shut up yet?

Yeah you need silver, foragables and bushes and it still takes tons of food and time. So little has changed.

Even before it was closed it was terribly expensive to get any real amount of silver from the store and quite easy to make it in game.
