detach UI buttons from behind chat

Postby Uberness » Fri Sep 14, 2012 12:11 am

I know this may be something that can be done in a custom client(but it isn't) but the UI buttons at the bottom[inventory][equipment][study][buddy][town][options] are covered by chat so you can't play as effectively while chatting without remembering all the hotkeys...I don't even remember what key I put stuff on in the hotkey bar I just click the image to keep things simple

so what I'm asking is either make the buttons movable(individually or as a bar), to move them to another part of the screen where they can still be seen while using chat(above the chat bar?), or even just add some transparency to the chat bar so they can still be clicked.

What is there to say? You're right and that's an insanely glaring problem with the client that everyone knows about.
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.

Agreed, the current layout is pretty bad, but I'm guessing from the simplicity of it, that it's a place-holder, though I'm only basing this off of that observation.

Not going to say you're wrong here, but you're wrong here.
I never managed to figure out something clever for my signature on Paradoxplaza, and I doubt I'll do it here either.
