Allow Hay to be broken into Grass

Hey Guys,

I always need grass for some reason, and I was thinking about how storage of it seems to be a frequent problem. Have you ever considered making it so that we can split hay back into 5 grass pieces? This would allow us to create they hay stockpiles with less storage, and use it as grass when needed.

I'm going to +1 this. I really dont care that its been suggested before. It'd be kinda useful. Or split them into 4. Compact grass storage would be nice, even if theresa conversion loss.

It is better to add some special stockpiles, or just some building wich needs lot's of raw grass :)

Personally I'd rather see stockpiling have some detriment (ergo 5 of a resource to make the stockpile but only 4 are returned on splitting).

And since we can affect hay purity when growing crops this could be a good way of long term grinding of autumn grass purity ... which then can be used in meatsmoker recipes.
Not to mention solving logistics problem when you need a lot of grass ut not hay.

we need a barn which you can fill with logs/blocks of wood/hay etc. thats how you'd store it in real life and it would be a great useful building.

+1 for useful buildings, gathering grass should still be hard work but storing it should not be, if you become able to split hay you can carry 120 grass in one trip, that would make gathering it way to easy.
