Compost Bin Worm Spawns

Problem: random spawn worms/pythons ruining humus purity even if efficiency is 100%+

Example: Bin holds 7 purity pythons, so efficiency is maxed. Now comes a fresh worm/python that has no purity. What follows is: the non-purity worm/python is included into the formula that calculates the humus purity, although the efficiency is already filled by to max by other worms/pythons.

Suggestion:

-make worms stop spawning if efficiency is 100%
-only include top purity worms/pythons into formula that fit into the 100% efficiency cap
-other ideas ?



My personal problem is, that one really has a hard time gathering enough good humus to constantly plant fields to get more good stuff to get other purity up. The bins with good purity tend to spawn worms after just a few hours (or even after the first humus), so the good humus gets degraded (i had even lost a whole % after only one night and that's a big setback for newcomers). Effectively i'm not using more than half of my purity humus, because i need the top notch stuff to make progress. And this is already taking enough time without something ruining the humus purity.

I'd much prefer an overhaul to purity in general. Right now it's way too tedious.

Agrees.

Purity does nothing to add to my gaming experience as of yet. I understand the concept and I see how it could benefit me but it doesn't interest me. To much micromanagement. That is, to much risk when collaborating, to much work on your own.

Would rather see "Quality" as a concept of it own and no elements and no iterative refinement process.

let zone quality for each item be a value between 1and 100
Let quality of foraged items be a random value between 1 and (1+((relevant proficiency)^0.5)*((Zone quality for this item)^0.5)/100)
Let quality of crafted items be a fixed value based on the quality of crafting materials and capped by relevant proficiency

yeh I would love to see them make it more proficiency based so as you get better you need better gear and you have the stats to make it

Better than just trying to find what random place was randomly/magically picked to have special things spawn upon them -_-

I prefer purity over quality, but it definitely needs to be fixed.
