I have been knocked down by bears, gone unconscious in deep water, eaten anything i can stuff in my mouth, fallen of cliffs...

But i cannot die, only get knocket out and teleported back home, even getting to keep my clothes and equipment. Can only PvP truly kill you in this perma-death game?

at the moment yes...
they are planing to add some mobs later that will kill you.
