Climbing while attacked

I'm not sure how easy this can be implemented, but I think it should be looked into.

If I am 3/4 of the way up a 6 meter cliff, an animal *read as beaver* should not be able to hit me from that high. Alternatively, you can allow me to pull items out of the cliff face since they can hit me while on a cliff.

Just a note: Players can hit you while you're climbing as well.
