As the title says, because how can somebody tell if a person lives there by examining objects in said claim?

This is way too unrealistic and also encourages the use of alts.

Doesnt it only let you know who lives there if you've kinned them?

or memorized.

I like this idea. What bugs me mostly is that we can easly know where memorized people lives. Kin could stay but I won't cry if it'll get removed too.

I think if you kin somebody you should be able to recognize the claim, since you have the choice to accept or deny the request. For memorizing people, you should not be able to recognize their claim.

I think this is a good point.

I agree with this. Take it out. If you are kinned that is fine but any other means should not tell you a persons claim.

Not necessarily, the traders who leave their Hearth secrets in a thread don't really get a choice who kins them and you don't get an accept/deny box when people use the HS method to kin you. This would put well known trader's home base at risk.

Then that is the risk of being a trader I guess. They all use trade alts anyways, so their 'trading characters' probably dont have claims.
