We now need cooldowns on switching homesteads or??

With the recent update on siege machanics, may we need new rule sets for switching homesteads?

Why you ask ?

Raiders could now become nomads, they can easy just build a stake claim, make it a homestead, drop a simple branch fence around it, and boom, summon protection for many hours to come?

Raiders waiting outside the wall to kill you ? No problem, teleport to town, and walk away a free man.

This is an assumption on this subject, however i assume it is possible to do under the new ruleset.

Also, means raiders will have multiple HV's now, as if you ever put 1 HV under siege they can see hours pre-hand, and just relocate, SIMPLES !.

I'm fairly certain that this is just an oversight which will be fixed briefly.

Yeah, it just need to be changed, but imho in other way.
Cheap walls should give less "warning time" during siege, so:
- makeshift after ~4h (since waste-claim is built) can be destroyed,
- simple fence 8h
- stone wall 16h
- plank 24h

That would hardly solve it. Established raiders is not exactly lacking in resources, doesnt take much to build a miniature stone wall around a tiny claim.

The seige claim should lock down the village after being placed. No teleports or switching homesteads

I agree, it's a siege. Let homesteads at the very least get locked from being changed for anybody who has theirs in the waste claim.
