Inspirationals, potables and a nice misc item

Each of the below can be rarely (similar rarity as autumn leaf/dew) found when foraging. Boosts are the proficiencies boosted via inspirational.


Name : Blooming Blackberry
Found : Picking blackberries from the ground (not from a bush)
Boosts : None
Use : Can be planted in a plant pot to grow a blackberry bush (requires gardening), plant/grow mechs of tree

Name : Shimmering Snail
Found : Snails
Boosts : Art&Craft, Hunt&Gather, NatPhil
Use : When used solely in a snail dish the dish produced is a stronger variant

Name : Huckleberry Pup
Found : Picking hucklberries
Boosts : Clk&Dag, Ham&Nai, Pot&Pan
Use : Can be eaten (high healing, low glutton)

Name : Weathered Figurehead
Found : Aged Driftwood
Boosts : Same as driftwood, 2.5x as strong
Use : None

Name : Salt Crystal
Found : Salt
Boosts : Mine&Mount, NatPhil, PerPhil
Use : None

Name : Mushroom Cottage
Found : Any wild mushroom
Boosts : Faith&Wis, Fron&Wild, Law&Lore, Sug&Spi, PerPhil
Use : Can be planted for a chance (5-10%?) of turning into "Fairy Ring", otherwise grows a random mushroom.

Name : Fairy Ring
Found : See above
Boosts : Faith&Wis, Stocks&Cults, Fron&Wild, Law&Lore, Sug&Spi, PerPhil
Use : Provides a single teleport home, even with a full inv

Name : Sprouted Thorn
Found : Thorn Bushes
Boosts : None
Use : Planted in a plant pot to grow a thorn bush (requires gardening), plant/grow mechs of tree

Name : Sharpened Flint
Found : Flint
Boosts : Mines&Mountains, NatPhil
Use : Sellable in boston for 5s

Name : Lavender Giant
Found : Lavender Blewits
Boosts : Front&Wild, Law&Lore, Sug&Spi, Pot&Pan
Use : High heal low glut food.

Name : Sprouted Myrtle Oak Acorn
Found : Myrtle Oaks
Boosts : None
Use : Planted in a plant pot to grow a myrtle oak bush (requires gardening), plant/grow mechs of tree

Does the first start singing when you pick it? I think we all know that tune... ;)

I like the second (and third), though I'd have to say it needs some "balances" to prevent abuses

I like the idea of being able to grow thorn bushes and myrtle oaks. Hopefully these are on the agenda to add already. Need a way to grow blackberry bushes, too. (maybe not... We can already garden berries, and you could get a better yield per week from gardening pots than any one bush.)

True, though the bushes have an advantage that they do not decay off a claim. *Pictures his bramble infested forest*

I support all of the bushes being grow-able. If nothing else, pretty up our claims (the myrtle oak bushes are kind of nice looking, bushes by the gates? Yes!).
Not sure what I'd do with bramble bushes, though, those are all too common around my claim.

Well with berry bushes the good side is no humus cost, and you get berries over time.

I could see a large berry bush garden farm being much more efficient for blackberrys.

Ofc unless your growing purity stuff, but then maybe you can refine purity on the bush's ?
