Assorted Small, Yet Meaningful Changes

Ability to toggle a village claim to "hostile" or something, where it acts like a personal claim: Tresspassing is a crime and braziers fire when you reenter the claim if you triggered crime and still have the crime debuff instead of resetting the ticks, like it does with personal claims, so it dosen't suck as bad. Might take an extra silver coin per day or something when it's on.

Buff plank fences. Maybe a chance to give a splinter debuff that drains blood when smashing, but blood dosen't really matter when raiding unless the raided fight back. Reasons for the change in spoiler, but it's really long and you probablly know how they're imbalanced.

Stone walls are so much better. With stamp mills now smashing granite and rocks, and having pickaxes making it easier to chip rocks they're so easy to make. Takes little preparation to make, just a pickaxe/stamp mill and minor food compared to plank fences. (You have to cut down so many trees and boards take so much phlegm to cut the food for stone walls are irrelevant) It takes 5 days to prepare the parts of the segments alone, 7 days to get started on account of the oiled boards. The only possible problem for stone walls is having trouble getting granite and even then, a boat can easily be filled with 4 boulders in 15ish minutes and lasts for hours. It takes way less time making 3 layers of stone walls than to make a single plank fence.

A way to get a sled with things in it across a river without having to take each part out and dragging them across and then putting the sled on your back. Maybe grab a hallow log, and put a sled on it and ride it across the river. Really slowly, like 1/2 the speed of rafts in H&H. It should also decay, just not fast enough that it would be a problem going across a normal river. Right now it's much easier just grabbing a boat and carrying it depending on how many rivers/how long the travel is, when boats should only be used for straight river travelling.

Lengthen parry blocking time to the entirety of the parry animation.

Ability to toss dirt on the actual cliff tile and dig directly on the cliff tile corners. The tossing dirt should be obvious. For digging you normally have to lower one point of the tile and then hold ctrl while digging on the tile to lower the cliff face side.

When your phlegm hits below the soak of what you're destroying, destroying stops and you get a "Your phlegm is too low" message.

+1, imho it should burn much more BB when you hit plank...
and few times more when you hit non-military structures like houses (structure that costs 1+k silver should be harder to destroy than 1 wall segment), owens or smelters.

That would be nice.

1) Build your lean-to on a mountain
2) Build an alt's lean to where you need the granite
3) ???
4) Profit!

Got all the granite I needed for my hermitage in ~2 hours like this.
