Darkness

First, sorry for my english, i'm french.

I think it would be nice to tell to the player every time he walk in the darkness and when he leave it. Not juste one time. Or maybe a sign ont the map.

For a beginer like me who look for a place to settle it is a big stress :)

If you are using Ender's client you can press ctrl+d and pay attention to the elevation of the sun in relation to non darkness areas, easy to tell when you enter the darkness.

ok! thanks for the tips, i didn't notice that on the wiki.

Is there a list on all the tools of the Ender client somewhere?

Quick list I compiled from ender's change log. The console is where you type in :command in game, make sure you don't type it into chat. Examples from vanilla client are :actlo and :lo

Keyboard changes:

Land Flatness tool: Ctrl + L, or Ctrl + F
Change numeric belt: Alt + 1...Alt + 6
Change function-key belt: Alt + F1...Alt + F6, Alt + F4 closes client
Drop all items with the same icon: Ctrl + Alt + LClick
Transfer all items with the same icon: Shift + Alt + LClick
See purity of items: Hold Ctrl, Alt, or Shift
Basic darkness tool: Ctrl + D
Tilify mode (Clicks in center of tile): Ctrl + Z

Console changes:

Reload radar configuration :radar reload
Turn radar off :radar off
Turn radar on :radar on
