Binding to enemy claim.

Hi. I've got a suggestion. I thing binding to enemy claim if characters log out isn't good. Becouse few people have crashes, bad internet connections and got Disconnects sometimes. It takes our chance to run from the enemy claim with goods we want to "borrow" It should change becouse if someone can find us, he will do it tracking our scents. In my opinion binding to the enemy claim isn't good idea.
