Emptying/Lifting Compost Bins

You should be able to empty your compost bin at least, if not be able to lift it. Putting one worm into an empty compost bin suddenly makes it unliftable? This is just a pain and isn't really needed, specially when you can already lift anvils over your head just fine. Likely suggested before but god damn.

Not only can you lift an anvil over your head but you can jump with ease while it is up there

I agree with this. I was trying to let one of mine empty out so I could move it and then someone plopped a handful of worms in it.

Why empty it at all, just make it lift-able at all times. I'm inclined to believe the current restriction is just something forced by some old or poorly designed code that could not maintain variables on lifted objects.

I'd have to dig the old report out, but this was a fix for another issue.

I always just thought it was because compost bins had no bottom and lifting it with moldy dirt and a wooden border would have been weird. Interesting if it was a band-aid fix.
