I didn't knew where my usb mouse was so I have realized that the game doesn't have hotkeys for camera movement.
Its a pitty since I play in a laptop and if feels like if I can move the character with WASD keys so maybe it could played it without an usb mouse for the middle button.

I would like to request this as well. For a more "selfish" reason since it's an uncommon injury amongst gamers. Guess most people with it just don't bother to play, and I don't blame em.
