it should be possible to buy the packs available on the web shop as well as English snuff using silver in an in game shop. These items really would not effect higher level players who are already beyond them but if you have a situation where you are removing silver from the game through these purchases then money becomes more valuable and hence players way buy them more, just a thought.

If you're lucky enough you can offer silver and get someone else to purchase the pack for you and sell it to you.

I think the packs need to be held to a premium currency just to preserve their rarity within the game.
