The first official U.S. flag June14th, 1777 is correct, however not in time period yet.

I wouldn't refer to american flag as an example of out of timeline things, since it is a dev item existing in limited numbers. Same as superman cape for example.
There are minor inconsistancies of course, like russian flag is few decades to the future, but if we're speaking about ukrainian flag, that would mean rushing a few centuries. IIRC before 19th century there was only a bunch of battle banners of different groups.
