Maybe when player plant "Nuts" in a pot, we could get a bonus like +X yield, but this +X yield will be +X more nuts from bush/tree during each harvest? bonus will depend on HS level
or we could get the bonus when we plant the tree on the ground?

When you post unimportant stuff like that the devs need to waste a minute of their lives reading and thus have less time to actually develop the game. =(
