That is roleplaying, one thing that makes these kind of games unique but that requires work and that's some thing this carebear community would rather not lol!
RP requires dedication only a few groups achieve, last expedition there were a few, and there are still a few on prov
Also you can still kill and grief as you like, it's not especially hard with enough dedication
