Hunting artifacts

My proposal is a new tier of hunting artifacts and a new skill.
Skill name - Pristine Harvesting
Requirements 750 H&H, 750 NP and 750 F&F.
Skill would allow players to get higher tier of artifacts & inspirationals while butchering animals.
For example, while butchering march hares, if a march hare tail was about to drop the game would roll the dice to see if that tail is pristine quality.
The chance would be 1 in 25 or so.
Tail itself would have same stats but 25% more potent across the board (Minor tweaking here and there for balance sakes).
The inspirationals would work the same with either 25% more uses or 25% more inspiration per use.
Ofcourse, rarity of pristine items should be greater or lesser depending on their obtainabillity, usefulness and other variables .
