Hunting artifacts

My proposal is a new tier of hunting artifacts and a new skill.
Skill name - Pristine Harvesting
Requirements 750 H&H, 750 NP and 750 F&F.
Skill would allow players to get higher tier of artifacts & inspirationals while butchering animals.
For example, while butchering march hares, if a march hare tail was about to drop the game would roll the dice to see if that tail is pristine quality.
The chance would be 1 in 25 or so.
Tail itself would have same stats but 25% more potent across the board (Minor tweaking here and there for balance sakes).
The inspirationals would work the same with either 25% more uses or 25% more inspiration per use.
Ofcourse, rarity of pristine items should be greater or lesser depending on their obtainabillity, usefulness and other variables .

I think it would have to be a blanket application, or else we'd have to edit each and every single artifact or inspirational. So long as it is a small chance I don't think it would be unbalancing, but I don't know how difficult this would be to code. It might just be a change to the inspirational and artifact main objects. In which case it'll just be a question of whether John likes the idea.

Well, the pristine quality should be reserved mostly for darkness monsters with exception of bears.
Having that in mind there shouldn't be that many artifacts/inspirationals to edit for starters.
But yeah, the real question is whether JC would like the idea.
