Dont know if this was suggested but I saw that the cart speed is the same as the character speed if you are overloaded the cart won't move. So if this is the case why when you are mounted the cart moves way slower than you? I tested this with overloaded character and mounted but cart wouldn't budge. You should make it if mounted the cart would take the speed of the mount then. Thanks for reading

Why would dragging a big heavy cart behind you make you move faster?

It works like intended, if you are overloaded the cart is slow as you were without it.
That makes litterally much sense.

True, it could be that fast as the Mount.
But even then, the Mount should be slower if it carries a cart over rough terrain, not the cart schould be that fast like a mount.
If you were on streets, it would make sense, that it is faster.
But also in real, a horse is way faster without a wagon behind him.
If the Horse starts to carry wagons faster, they tend to fall to side or break their wheels.
I'm pretty sure that was happen more often in the times when we just had horses that pulled wagons.

You are right, but then still the wagon move faster, and didnt say overload the wagon but overload the character. Still would be more realistic if the wagon moves faster. Lets say that if the mount is pulling a wagon it will get slowed by a portion but it would still move faster. Even in real life moves faster if you attach it to a mount instead pulling it yourself, and i dont think that weight on the cart really matters in this game. Didnt see the coding so dont know how it works
