Palace and Huge Buildings

Postby Heffernan » Mon Nov 28, 2016 12:46 pm

Hello,

we already have Buildings in Salem and the Biggest (Living Building!!!) is Currently the Brick Townhouse wich i would say is small, but what about LARGE Buildings like a Palace?

could need a few 1000 bricks, boards, gold, cloth for carpets, metal for stairs and railings, leather for marps penis decoration etc... just a SUPER HUGE Building Space and Material Wise

a few examples but it could have a huge outside size, huge inside size and multiple rooms and even multiple Floors (Cellar, First Floor, second floor)

+ adds content
+ adds something huge to build on
+ could also add it to providence as majestys palace and even let us build it in providence from scratch (like the christmas sleight)
+ adds alot of storage and living space for larger groups
+ could add rooms or floors locked by doors
+ gives larger groups something to do.

Posting european royal homes in ideas for a game set in the early american colonial times isn't really a good idea at all. I agree that a larger manor would be nice but making it a royal palace doesn't really fit the setting.

True!

People seems to forget very often in which setting we are playing.

Thats a list of oldest buildings in USA: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_t ... ted_States

There is per example a Castle "Bacon's Castle" from 1665, but it is far away from that Castle you want to have Heffernan.

Thats Tales Creatures, like they exist in every culture and surely they are implemented, because it is a game and not the reality.
But that don't mean, we should now mix this 16th Century setting with the 18th or so.

Yes, thats silly.
But people seems to like it.
The most of you are not Roleplayer, so they need something ingame that remembers them on the real world in which they live.
