to work you need a track and a Train, you fill the train with coal and light it, then it starts and you have a button to start/stop it
if the train runs out of fuel he stops, and if theres no track and he keeps going then he crashes and needs to be repaired
Trains should ofcourse be significant higher in speed then a horse or anything and be able to pack a Driver and either 2-3 extra people or have a passenger waggon.
Mechanised rail transport systems first appeared in England in the 1820s.
