simply, can we have a Barber in providencethat changes Haircuts, Hair color and stuff like that in town for a small fee? maybe add special expensive options to look cool for the rich?

This would go nicely next to the emporium of trinkets, doodads, and baubles.there should also be a shop for chrome and decals for carts and sleds. Also a cricket and horse bedazzlement establishment plz.
