I am wondering that, why only the clothes can give artifice bonuses.

There is two process, what affected by the artifice bonuses and there is only need a utility furniutre, the board planing and the weaving.

Planing the boards with bare hands isnt too accurate. I know you need the carpenters bench, but that furniutre doesnt need any other metal part except nails, so you basically plane the boards with your hand. A real plane tool (riught handed) will be nice, what add you a little woodworking, and speed bonus, and like the other tools musst have two tier. Stone - Steel.

Stone Plane: 1 woodblock; 1 Granite (like the stone saw)
+15 woodworking
+10% speed

Steel Plane 1 blistersteel ingot 1 woodblock
+45 woodworking
+25% speed

For the sewing, i suggest 2 another helping tool (also right handed).

Wood Weaving Shuttle: 2 woodblock; 2 fibre
+15 weaving
+10% speed

Silver Weaving Shuttle: 1 silver bar; 2 fibre
+45 Weaving
+25% speed

The speed bonus was only a rough idea, but the artificie bonus is a good idea according to me.

With alot of weawing bonus you weave super fast as it is.
And considering how easy suggested items are to make you should really tone down the bonuses from them.

Every once in a while you need a small knife to trim/cut something... open gift boxes, etc...

Tie it too whittling skill. How do you make a stake from a tree chunk...at a bench?
