I would suggest that JC realized some mechanism!

When you get a KO / Permadeath that things (items in inventory) were not thrown at around the ground,
but that they are all put into a special bag (which disappears after X minutes or how all of it will take up) and this bag drop "where character die/stay..."
in river same... swiming bag and inside inventory

this system isnt hard "write code" and i think many people be happy,

more be hapy when be "print in minimap big X where we KO"

so JC go working :P

And what happens when the bag drops in a wall or on a cliff? Instead of getting some items back you get nothing. What happens when the bag swims away? J/King but a floating bag would be nice too nice. I prefer the tears of loss in the game and when I destroy some Pclaim with a ton of crap on the person I really dont want to drop all the stuff just so I could pick up the purse.

NSU you do not have the gluttony for punishment I have. The harder something is and the more dangerous things are the more rewarding it is in my opinion. ¦] ¦] ¦]

Do not think of it as a bug but as an intended consequence to a mistake made.

You are correct.

so you can interpret it, but the bug is a bug, and the use of such an argument is sick ...
especially items are more unique and lose them because of not noticing or thoughts in his estate is sick (in claim) ...

you are horrible persons :P

If you stop paying attention then a punishment should be deserved. Those running through the forest cant blame the cougar for pouncing on them but should blame themselves for not looking out for the cougar.

edit: add emoticon to reassure you I am not trying to be a jerk.

No, as far as I know, it was programmed that way by jorb and loftar. It's not a bug. It's the way it is and we don't want to change it.
