was wondering why gunpowder and musketballs are not craftable. and they should be craftable =)

Silver bullets could be used against darkness monsters for more dmg. Blistersteel bullets would do more dmg to players.

And gold I don't know any possible use but it would make a great damage on your bank account

I can see gunpowder maybe becoming craftable, but musketballs are made of lead.

Maybe the musket balls from the NPC are the "best" but like the above posts, blistersteel for PvP and silver for darkness mobs and possibly witches?

I'd love that.

But blistersteel is way too difficult to melt down and cast into bullets. Lead being so soft and of low melting temp is a big reason why it was used. You're making steel in coffins because you can't effectively melt iron at this point in history.

Maybe silver bullets could be a thing, but if they cost more and do the same thing, why?

Beacouse steel is too difficult to melt... *****, in this game we could find so many unlogic things, but <.<
Ex. for steel... everyone can make "silver coins" from silver bar+steel bar - but, it isnt too hard for smelt ?
If Salem have monster, even this stupid silver bullets could work like in films - deadly for monsters.
